Development plans for the financier's secluded tropical island included in the released materials.
Additionally contained in this new image release appears to be a site plan for Great St James island, situated in the Caribbean US territory.
The financier bought a smaller island - Little St James - back in 1998, but later purchased the bigger Great St James in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
This visual evidence indicate he had drawn up ambitious plans to build upon the sprawling island by constructing homes, an amphitheatre, an office beneath the waves and a swimming pool.
You can see the plan is Pillsbury Sound, a waterway in the territory, noted on the lower right-hand corner.
The architectural drawing is annotated in red pen markings and includes a key identifying distinct parts of the land.
Alongside the main plan are what look to be nine other site drawings and architectural plans, including layouts for boat shelters.
Further documentation released as part of the current congressional release.
